Introduction

We have launched a magnificent continent first service in South Africa, soon in surrounding countries as well – Cleaning and Maintaining Water Tanks – Jo Jo tanks being one of the more familiar names, but of course there are other brands as well.

As is the case across Africa, in South Africa thousands, if not millions,  of people own water tanks, yet the cleaning or maintaining of these all important household items is non-existent. People just don’t clean their tanks.

Its an arduous job as people need to drain thousands of litres of precious water from their tank, then find someone willing to climb inside to clean it out, even then the results are not always successful.

No more! We have a system – invented by a South African – that allows us to remove that sediment and dirt without draining all the precious water, which is mostly already paid for.

There are now hundreds of South Africans – soon thousands – who have enjoyed the privilege of restoring the bases of their tanks back to how it looked when they bought it., or close thereto – we have plenty footage to show what came out of their tanks and what a difference the service made. They have peace of mind that the water in their tanks wont mix with dirt that is unpleasant when washing white clothes, cooking food or washing dishes. And who knows what bacteria and viruses brue down there.

Business Opportunity

More importantly, we now offer the possibility for individuals to have their own Tank Maintenance Business in their area, to earn an income, or to supplement their income, currently in an untouched industry, no competition, with an absolute Unique Selling Proposition (USP) – the ability to clean the bottom of their tanks while retaining most of their precious water.

Living costs are escalating. Many struggle to make ends meet. Well, here is a perfect opportunity.

The business concept has already proven to be feasible in different geographical areas on opposite sides of South Africa, ranging from monthly turnovers between R16 500 to R50 000. It all depends on whether you do it part time or full time, with passionate commitment or divided attention. It is up to you.

What are the benefits of this opportunity?

  1. It makes a difference around the most basic need in our lives – water. People will always need water and therefore water tanks will always exist.
  2. Government supplied water infrastructure is crumbling in South Africa, following the trends that we have seen in other African Countries . This isn’t great. However, people will become more self reliant and yet dependent on their water tanks and hence more aware of the need to maintain them – inside and out.
  3. It’s a business that generates a quick turnover. An owner always has “cash in hand” or money in the account as payments keep coming in, unlike a salary that remains fixed and comes in once a month. Its that kind of business.
  4. You integrate into your community like never before; meet people you have never met before; make friends as you serve them in a way no one has ever done before.
  5. The price is in general very affordable and decisions can be made quickly.
  6. Clients need to clean their tanks every 6-12 months. The first clean may be challenging at times. But thereafter – because people now know about the service – the next cleans will be seamless and quick. So the business becomes easier to manage, with residual income.
  7. The future holds possibilities of maintenance plans for clients’ tanks, with annual payments coming in – an even stronger residual income business.
  8. We set you up with continued support.
  9. We are growing an international business. This means referrals will in time come through us to you.
  10. In time you may become independent and build a business that can be simply managed, by employing and overseeing projects, should you decide to stop cleaning tanks yourself.
  11. You will search far and wide for an opportunity that comes with so little investment and that can “fly” so quickly. In my first month, part time, I cleaned 38 tanks with R16 550 turnover. Imagine the possibilities in 3-6 months, and then the repeat business starts kicking in.
  12. At this stage you will be the “early bird that catches the best worm”.

If you or the person you plan on employing:

  1. Already lives in an area where residents are more and more dependent on their water tanks because of regular water shortages
  2. Can see that the future of water supply and usability looks bleak, resulting in more usage of water tanks
  3. Is physically able to climb on top of a ladder
  4. Has healthy mobility
  5. Has a vehicle – small will do
  6. Has plenty ambition and a desire to become self-reliant, with your own little business. Or you simply want to stay busy and add to current income streams
  7. Is willing and able to approach people and enthusiastically share your powerful service
  8. Is willing to work hard, physically
  9. Is dependable and reliable
  10. Is organised by way of setting and keeping appointments
  11. Is willing to learn how to become and remain a successful small business owner
  12. Is wiling to be stretched and in the process learn more about yourself and your potential
  13. Possess access to a good ladder, a spotlight and a long power lead
  14. Can afford or borrow a small investment amount

…then this unique, incredible business may just be for you. As in all business opportunities, there is always an investment. If there wasn’t, one should be worried. In this case it is a minimal amount once off and a reasonable monthly payment, to receive the unique system, be trained, supported, to keep your licence active and start a business that can give you the cashflow and income to move forward in life or simply strengthen your current financial position.

The 8 simple steps to move forward:

  1. We meet virtually
  2. We decide if you are the right person
  3. We decide on your base area
  4. You sign a simple MOU agreement (with both binding and explanatory clauses) that describes the business in more detail
  5. We build your system and kit
  6. We find a way to train you
  7. You work and earn your income
  8. We continue to support you
